What happens if i need to cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation please let us know as soon as possible. We incur credit card fees when you book your stay and schedule our housekeeping team based on our occupancy, so there are real expenses associated with a cancellation. Blue Vista Motor Lodge charges a cancellation fee of 5% of your deposit for reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to check in. This covers the fees and taxes we pay for the credit card transaction. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to check in will forfeit their deposit. Same day cancellations and “No Shows” will be charged the full value of the stay.

Do the rooms have a coffee maker?

At Blue Vista Motor Lodge all guest rooms are equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge. Our coffee makers require a filter pod of coffee, which we provide in the rooms, along with creamers and sugars.

What time is check in and check out?

The check in time at Blue Vista is 3pm and check out time is 11am. Early check in’s and late check outs can be arranged based on availability and a $50 fee.

Do you have to rent the hot tub and sauna in order to use it?

Nope! While we have 2 hot tubs at Blue Vista Motor Lodge, one is for private rental and the larger is for any guest to use during operating hours. The sauna cannot be reserved and is open to guests during operating hours.

Is there food at the motor lodge?

We do not have a restaurant/bar at Blue Vista Motor Lodge, but we do have snacks and beverages in the office for purchase. While town is only a few minutes away, there are options for delivery from DoorDash and local restaurants. Ask our Front Desk about dining options when you check in!

Does the hotel allow pets?

While we adore our furry friends too, Blue Vista is a pet free property. Traveling with a service animal? Please call to make arrangements with our team!
