Housekeeping Lead

Pay: Starting at $19/hr + Tips

Schedule: Part-Time (20–25 hrs/week) | Shifts between 7am – 3pm (Weekdays & Weekends)

The Front Desk Team Member is the point of contact for guests on the phone and at reception. Successful candidates are friendly, polite, and computer savvy. The Front Desk Team Member enjoys helping people, answering questions, and booking reservations. Excellent communication skills a must.

Are you someone who loves a "little bit of everything"? As our Housekeeping Lead, you are the heartbeat of the guest experience.

You’ll start your morning as the welcoming face of our front desk and transition into the "behind-the-scenes" role of housekeeping operations. This is a hands-on position, perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, energetic, and takes pride in creating a spotless, serene environment for guests.

Once you have learned the ropes, there are opportunities to cross-train and build more hours into your schedule!

What You’ll Do

Guest Experience & Front Desk

  • Manage reservations and greet guests with a friendly, local perspective.

  • Use our internal software to manage bookings and communicate with the team.

  • Ensure our coffee station, canteen, fire pits, hot tubs, and sauna are pristine and ready for guest enjoyment.

Housekeeping Excellence

  • Ensure every corner meets our high standards while you work on room turns - making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping guest rooms.

  • Manage the flow of laundry (washing/folding) and keep supplies stocked.

  • This role keeps you moving! You’ll be standing, bending, lifting, and stretching throughout your shift.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: You have at least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, customer service, or the hospitality industry.

  • Committed: You have reliable transportation and can work a flexible schedule including weekend mornings.

  • Detail-Oriented: You notice the "little things" that make a guest’s stay special.

  • Good Communicator: You’re comfortable on the phone, via email, and in person.
