Hospitality Specialist (Front Desk & Housekeeping)
Location: Whitcomb Summit, Mohawk Trail
Pay: Starting at $19/hr + Tips (averages $20-$23/hr)
Schedule: Part-Time (20–25 hrs/week) | Shifts fall between 7am – 3pm (Weekdays & Weekends)

Are you someone who loves a "little bit of everything" and hates sitting behind a desk all day? As our Hospitality Specialist, you are the heartbeat of the guest experience.
You’ll start your morning as the welcoming face of our front desk and transition into the "behind-the-scenes" role of housekeeping operations. This is a hands-on position, perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, energetic, and takes pride in creating a spotless, serene environment for guests. It is the perfect mix of customer connection and satisfying physical movement.
Once you have learned the ropes, there are opportunities to cross-train and build more hours into your schedule!
What You’ll Do
Morning Guest Experience & Front Desk
Greet departing guests with a friendly, local perspective and assist with check-outs.
Use our internal software to manage reservations and communicate with the team.
Ensure our coffee station, canteen, fire pits, hot tubs, and sauna are pristine and ready for guest enjoyment.
Mid-Day Housekeeping & Room Turns
Dive into hands-on cleaning to get rooms guest-ready (making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and mopping).
Manage the flow of laundry (washing/folding) and keep guest amenities stocked.
This role keeps you moving! You’ll be standing, bending, lifting, and stretching throughout your shift.
Who You Are
Experienced: You have at least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, customer service, or the hospitality industry.
Reliable & Punctual: You have dependable transportation and can work a flexible schedule including weekend mornings.
Detail-Oriented: You notice the "little things" that make a guest’s stay special.
Good Communicator: You’re comfortable on the phone, via email, and in person.
