Hospitality & Sales Manager

The Opportunity:

Blue Vista Motor Lodge continues a 100-year-old tradition of hospitality at the peak of the Mohawk Trail. Since our total renovation and relaunch a few years ago, we’ve established ourselves as a fresh, modern take on the classic Berkshire Motor Lodge. Our mission is simple - we want every guest to leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and inspired.

Now we are ready for our next chapter!

With our brand-new Solarium currently under construction, we are evolving from a premier place to stay into a premier place to meet and gather. We are looking for a Hospitality & Sales Manager, a "creative doer", who wants to help us bridge the gap between boutique lodging and a world-class retreat destination. This is a dual-focus role where you will be the face of the property while serving as an architect of our new retreat program.

Roadmap to Launch

We are bringing this role on board in late May to ensure you are fully integrated into our culture and operations before the Solarium’s grand debut.

  • Phase 1: Summer (The Foundation): You’ll master the lodge’s operations during one of our peak seasons. By working the "front lines," you’ll get to know our guests and understand our property and offerings.

  • Phase 2: Late Summer/Early Fall (The Build-Up): As construction nears completion, you’ll begin the marketing blitz. You’ll lead outreach to retreat organizers and start booking the first wave of fall and winter groups.

  • Phase 3: Fall (The Grand Opening): The Solarium opens! You will lead the execution of our first events and manage the transition into a year-round retreat destination.
