Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 / hour, commensurate with experience

We’re looking for a Guest Experience Lead to be the heartbeat of our property in the afternoons and evenings. From managing golden-hour check-ins to ensuring the hot tubs are pristine, you’ll be the go-to person for our guests. The Role

As the Guest Experience Lead, you are the heart of daily operations. You’ll balance high-touch guest service with behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the Lodge running smoothly. You ensure that every guest leaves feeling refreshed, relaxed, and inspired.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service

  • Provide a warm, personalized welcome to every guest.

  • Act as a local expert, offering curated recommendations for Berkshire dining and hidden gems.

  • Manage guest amenities, ensuring seamless access to our fire pits, hot tubs, and sauna.

Front-of-House Excellence

  • Own the check-in/check-out process with efficiency and charm.

  • Manage phone and online inquiries, turning curious travelers into confirmed guests.

·        Maintain our "digital front door" by capturing real-time content and "Blue Vista Moments" that showcase the lodge’s unique atmosphere.

Operations & Facility Oversight

  • Audit room readiness to ensure our housekeeping standards are met before every arrival.

  • Monitor maintenance projects and utilize internal software to keep the team in sync.

  • Conduct weekly inventory audits to ensure guest amenities, concessions, and supplies are always stocked.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in Hospitality, Guest Services, or Operations Leadership.

  • Skills: A knack for process management, high aesthetic standards, and the ability to multitask between guest interaction and back of the house functions.

  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and afternoon/evening shifts.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but your experience and personality matter more!
