Front Desk Team Member
Job Purpose:
The Front Desk Team Member is the point of contact for guests on the phone and at reception. Successful candidates are friendly, polite, and computer savvy. The Front Desk Team Member enjoys helping people, answering questions, and booking reservations. Excellent communication skills a must.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a combination of:
Guest Service
Hospitality or Related Industry
Solid Computer, Cash Handling and Phone Skills required
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Ensure an excellent guest experience by welcoming guests, responding to guest needs, managing bookings and answering inquiries on the phone.
Handle any non-routine guest issues in a professional, courteous, and expedient manner
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operations of our facility
Keep our retail Canteen area organized and sell merchandise and refreshments to guests
Compensation:
$16 - $18/hour commensurate with experience
15-20 hours per week
